Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Customer Support Associate located in Bhubaneswar. The Associate will be responsible for handling client issues and queries ,Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing requirements, contributing to full support, participating in meetings, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client/ Customer Handling.
• Knowledge of System Operation .
• Ability to conduct thorough research and provide actionable insights
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Familiarity with open-source technologies.
• Experience in any of the sectors like Banking, Insurance, Finance, Telecommunications, Payment, or Health is a plus
