Client Servicing Manager


🔑 Key Responsibilities

The Senior Account Manager will own the client relationship and the successful execution of all digital marketing projects.


Client & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the

    primary point of contact

    for multiple clients, ensuring strong communication, trust, and alignment with their overarching business goals.
  • Handle senior stakeholder communications with confidence and professionalism.
  • Drive regular review meetings with clients to evaluate campaign performance, gather feedback, and align next steps.
  • Handle operational escalations with calm professionalism, ensuring proactive problem-solving and issue resolution.


Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and manage

    end-to-end digital marketing campaigns

    across a diverse range of services, including SEO, GEO optimization, content marketing, social media, SEM, performance marketing (Google, Meta, YouTube), influencer collaborations, and website development & maintenance projects.
  • Translate client briefs into actionable, high-impact digital strategies, collaborating closely with internal teams (creative, design, media, and tech).
  • Coordinate with the strategy and delivery teams to ensure

    timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are consistently met.

  • Maintain a clear understanding of each client’s industry, competitors, and digital trends to add continuous strategic value.


Reporting & Growth

  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare detailed reports, and present

    actionable insights

    and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-selling relevant agency services.
  • Ensure complete project documentation, task tracking, and workflow management are maintained consistently through agency tools.


✨ Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate who is ready to hit the ground running with proven agency expertise.

Experience

  • 3–4 years of experience

    in client servicing or account management within a fast-paced

    digital marketing agency

    .
  • At least 3 years of proven agency experience

    managing a portfolio of multiple clients independently (managing

    13-15 clients

    with different services is preferred).


Technical Knowledge (Mandatory)

  • Strong working knowledge

    and comprehension of

    all

    the following digital marketing services is a must:
  • SEO & GEO optimization.
  • Content Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategy and execution.
  • Performance Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube advertising).
  • Influencer and Digital PR campaigns.
  • Website design, UX/UI, and development workflows.


Tools & Soft Skills

  • Excellent command of

    Microsoft Office

    and

    Google Workspace

    .
  • Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai).
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage execution simultaneously.


Communication & Location

  • No compromise on the Communication level:

    Must be

    smart, outspoken

    , and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in both English and Hindi

    (written and verbal).
  • Must be based out of

    Delhi NCR

    (hometown or current location is preferred).
