Internship – Client Servicing, BD & Marketing (Mindful)

About Us
Mindful makes compostable & recycled packaging to help brands go plastic-free. We’re looking for an intern who wants to learn sales & marketing while contributing to the sustainability movement.

What You’ll Do

• Support sales team with inbound leads, follow-ups & client queries.
• Assist in outreach to new sectors (FMCG, Q-commerce, fashion, etc.).
• Help with social media, LinkedIn campaigns & content around sustainability.
• Research market trends & competitors in eco-packaging.

What You’ll Learn

• Sales + marketing cycle of a fast-growing green brand.
• Client communication with eco-conscious businesses.
• How sustainability drives business growth.

Requirements

• Good English communication.
• Basic tools: Google Sheets, Canva, LinkedIn.
• Interest in sustainability & climate action.

Details

• Stipend: ₹8k–10k/month
• Duration: 3–6 months
• Location: Mumbai (on site Office)

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
