Client Servicing Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic, organized, and creative Client Servicing Executive who can juggle multiple campaigns, manage brand expectations, and make every brief come alive.
You’ll be the communication hub between our clients and creative teams — ensuring ideas flow smoothly, shoots run perfectly, and every social post goes live on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact for clients — building strong, trust-based relationships.
• Understand brand goals, tone, and requirements to brief internal teams effectively.
• Coordinate with strategy, design, content, and performance teams for flawless execution.
• Manage end-to-end campaign timelines — from ideation to delivery.
• Oversee and coordinate photoshoots: scheduling, styling, and on-ground execution.
• Ensure timely delivery of social media posts, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Prepare client reports, presentations, and meeting notes.

Must-Have Skills

• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
• Experience in coordinating photoshoots (fashion, product, lifestyle, or brand).
• Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
