About the Role:

Papillon is looking for dynamic, creative, and self-driven individuals with a passion for the Event and Branding Industry.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in client communication, project coordination, and event execution while contributing innovative ideas and maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.

· Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs for the creative and production teams.

· Coordinate and supervise the planning and execution of social, corporate, and branding events.

· Conduct venue visits, vendor meetings, and client presentations as required.

· Support the creation of event concepts, presentations, and proposals using PowerPoint and AI tools.

· Handle day-to-day coordination, documentation, and post-event reporting.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliverables and smooth execution.

· Represent the company professionally during client interactions and on-site event management.

· Be flexible to work on weekends and late hours during event schedules.

· Travel outstation as per event requirements.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

· Strong presentation, coordination, and negotiation abilities.

· Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is essential.

· Familiarity with AI tools for design, presentations, and workflow optimization is an added advantage.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

· Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude and team spirit.

· Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Preferred Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in Event Management or Hospitality Management, OR
• Diploma / Degree in Mass Communication & Journalism, OR
• Diploma in Aviation or Public Relations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates will be given preference.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,500.00 per month
