Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, professional, and trust-based communication.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, and tech) to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Delivery Management: Track and oversee the progress of projects, ensuring timely delivery while keeping client satisfaction at the core.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and compile key account metrics to evaluate performance and share insights with the team.
• Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new clients and building long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Research & Insights: Stay updated on client industries, market trends, and competitors to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
• Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a proactive, solution-driven mindset to ensure smooth project execution.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, strategy, and technical teams to deliver on client needs effectively.
