Client Servicing Executive

We’re looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can build lasting client relationships, manage project timelines, and keep communication flowing smoothly between clients and our creative team.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients
• Understand briefs, extract clarity, and share actionable inputs with the creative team
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery – from brief to execution and feedback rounds
• Liaise with internal teams (design, copy, strategy, production) to ensure timely, quality output
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and client expectations professionally
• Contribute to strategy discussions and help upsell new services to clients
• Prepare and present basic decks, timelines, and campaign updates
• Maintain documentation, reports, and clear communication trails

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / account management in a creative or digital agency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written, spoken, and visual
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfort working with creative teams and managing feedback constructively
• Basic understanding of branding, digital content, and campaign structures
• Ability to think on your feet, solve problems, and stay calm under pressure
• Bonus if you’ve worked on presentation decks, timelines, or client pitches

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
