Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive, based in Pune. The Client Servicing Executive will manage client accounts, nurture strong client relationships, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling client requests, preparing presentations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that client objectives are met through effective project management and communication with stakeholders.

• Strong skills in Client Services, Client Relations, and Account Management
• Proficiency in creating and delivering professional presentations
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and maintaining high client satisfaction
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage multiple client projects
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the advertising or communication industry is a plus
