Client Services Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Servicing Executive to manage relationships with our diverse portfolio of digital marketing clients. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone with 3 months to 1 year of experience who is passionate about digital marketing and eager to build a career in client management. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met, their campaigns are successful, and they receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the day-to-day contact for a dedicated set of clients, building strong and positive relationships.

● Develop a clear understanding of client business goals and how our digital marketing services (Website, SEO, SMM, PPC, Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing) help them achieve those goals.

● Communicate campaign strategies, timelines, and deliverables to clients in a clear and concise manner.

● Prepare and present regular performance reports.

● Schedule and participate in client calls and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback.

● Effectively relay client requirements and feedback to our internal technical teams (SEO specialists, social media managers, content writers).

● Assist senior team members in developing campaign strategies and identifying new opportunities for clients.

● Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
