Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for serving as the single point of contact for a dedicated entity. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of communication, coordination, and operational alignment between the entity and internal teams to ensure transparency, efficiency, and consistency across all touchpoints. Your expertise in communication and cross-functional collaboration will be essential in understanding partner needs, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality outcomes. Building trust, nurturing long-term partnerships, and driving service excellence are critical components of this role, creating value through meaningful relationships and operational excellence. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all communications, updates, and requirements related to the assigned entity. - Liaise with internal teams (operations, technical, etc) to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of entity requirements. - Maintain a strong understanding of entity-specific goals, challenges, and workflows to provide tailored support. - Track, manage, and follow up on deliverables to ensure accountability and closure. - Proactively identify process gaps, communication bottlenecks, and suggest improvement measures. - Prepare periodic status updates, summaries, and performance reports for internal teams and clients. - Ensure smooth coordination across teams while upholding confidentiality and professionalism. As a candidate for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in client servicing, relationship management, or corporate communication roles. - Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail. - Any graduate. - Highly organized, self-driven, and solution-oriented with a customer-centric mindset. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.,
