Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by addressing their needs and concerns. Understand client requirements and work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet their expectations. Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and efficient manner. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to clients about their accounts and ongoing projects. Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate client records and track account activities using CRM tools. Assist in identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to better serve clients. Contribute to client retention, satisfaction, and growth objectives. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software. Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
