Client Relationship Associate

• Responsibilities:
• Make and receive calls to/from donors and supporters
• Provide accurate information and resolve queries
• Maintain call logs and donor interaction records
• Support ongoing NGO campaigns and initiatives
• Meet daily/weekly performance and engagement targets

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication (Hindi & English)
• Telecalling or customer service experience (preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry)
• Positive attitude and persuasive skills
• Ability to handle targets and multitask

Experience:

• Telecalling & Outbound Calling: 1 year (Preferred)
• CRM & Call handling & documentation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM entry): 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service and support: 1 year (Preferred)
• NGO campaign support : 1 year (Preferred)
• Donor engagement and retention & : 1 year (Preferred)
• Familiarity with CRM tools or call logs: 1 year (Preferred)
• Persuasive communication and soft skills: 1 year (Preferred)
• Positive attitude and team collaboration: 1 year (Preferred)
• Time management and multitasking: 1 year (Preferred)
