This role is pivotal in ensuring that our customers become true fans of BiteSpeed by providing exceptional customer service and listening to their feedback to generate valuable insights for our product team. Your responsibilities will include owning customer relationships, ensuring successful onboarding experiences, tracking product adoption, and acting as a trusted product advisor to help customers maximize the value they receive from BiteSpeed.
