Job Description

Role Overview

The Manager Client Delivery is responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of client projects and engagements, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction. This role involves managing client relationships, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Engagement

    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and trusted relationships.
    • Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and align delivery accordingly.
    • Manage client escalations effectively and provide timely resolutions.
  • Delivery Management

    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of client projects within agreed timelines and quality standards.
    • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and client-specific guidelines.
  • Team Management & Leadership

    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the delivery team to achieve performance excellence.
    • Allocate resources effectively across projects to optimize productivity.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback and development opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence

    • Monitor delivery processes and implement best practices for efficiency and quality improvement.
    • Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Track project performance and prepare regular reports for clients and internal leadership.
  • Financial & Risk Management

    • Manage project budgets, resource utilization, and cost optimization.
    • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delivery disruptions.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 7-12 years of experience in client delivery, operations management, or project management.
  • Prior experience in [Startups, BGV Industry, BPO, BFSI] preferred.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Lean (added advantage).
