Job Description

Role Overview: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and resolving concerns to foster strong relationships. - Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring accurate completion of necessary documentation in a timely manner. - Collaborate with various departments such as sales and technical teams to ensure efficient and accurate fulfillment of client requests. - Monitor client accounts, track project progress, and maintain up-to-date client records, including contact details and specific requirements. - Investigate and resolve client issues and complaints to ensure a positive client experience. - Compile reports on client activities, service performance, and feedback for senior management, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and growth. Qualification Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenges. - Proficiency in compiling reports and analyzing data. - Previous experience in client coordination or account management preferred.
