Chief Architect

As the Chief Architect at MicroMitti, you will play a crucial role in leading the architectural vision, design, and execution of premium residential, commercial, and IT infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include developing innovative architectural designs, collaborating with various teams to ensure design feasibility, overseeing project execution from start to finish, implementing sustainable building practices, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership to a team of architects and designers. You will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for luxury projects, working closely with urban planners, engineers, and construction teams to bring these designs to life. Your role will also involve conducting site visits, quality checks, and resolving design challenges during the construction phase to ensure that projects align with MicroMitti's brand vision of modern, sustainable, and premium real estate developments. In addition, you will be required to implement sustainable building practices, energy-efficient designs, and green architecture, as well as research and incorporate smart building technologies and innovative materials into projects. Ensuring compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, environmental regulations, and RERA guidelines will also be a key aspect of your role. As a leader, you will lead a team of junior architects, designers, and CAD professionals, present design concepts to stakeholders and senior management, and coordinate with marketing teams to effectively visualize and present designs to clients and investors. Your performance will be measured based on metrics such as design quality and innovation, project execution timeliness, regulatory compliance, sustainability and efficiency, as well as client and stakeholder satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in architectural design, planning, and execution of luxury real estate or large-scale infrastructure projects, along with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a reputed institution. Strong expertise in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and V-Ray, as well as proficiency in urban planning, space utilization, and sustainable architecture, are essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coupled with outstanding leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.,
