Chatbot Developer

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer- Chatbot Developer at CommBank, your role will involve designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions using Azure, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop software solutions following an Agile methodology. Your responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and debugging issues, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement chatbot solutions using Azure, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Teams platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and develop software solutions following an Agile methodology. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets project requirements. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Continuously improve the quality and performance of the software. - Oversee troubleshooting and debugging of issues in a timely manner. - Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams development. - Ensure software meets project requirements, specifications, and timelines. - Participate in testing and deployment of the software. - Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms to meet business needs. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in a relevant field. - Strong understanding of self-service and chatbot technology, including certification in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, and Generative AI. - Proficiency in Azure Bot Framework, C# (.NET 8), Python, and developing Gen-AI driven chatbots using Azure solutions. - Experience in the development of voice-based chatbots and IVR solutions. - Proficiency in custom application development on the ServiceNow platform, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmo DB. - Knowledge of GraphAPI, M365, and ServiceNow integrations, deep learning, PyTorch, MLOps, DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering in Computer Science/Information Technology.,
