Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Chatbot Developer to join Twixor's dynamic team in Chennai. As a full-time team member, you will design, implement, and optimize chatbot solutions that deliver hyper-personalized interactions for our enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in chatbot development and a passion for advancing digital transformation in the customer engagement space.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with Dialogflow (Mandatory skill), demonstrating hands-on experience in building conversational flows and integrating machine learning for natural language understanding.
- In-depth understanding and practical use of Chatbot Frameworks (Mandatory skill), enabling efficient and scalable chatbot development and deployment across platforms.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Bot Framework (Mandatory skill), including the ability to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade bots for various messaging channels.
- Solid grasp of Natural Language Processing concepts and tools, essential for building context-aware and intent-driven chatbot interactions aligned with business goals.
- Hands-on expertise working with Rasa for open-source conversational AI solutions, involving intent recognition, entity extraction, and multi-turn conversations.
- Practical experience with REST APIs for integrating chatbots with backend systems, enabling smooth data exchange and extended bot functionalities.
- Demonstrated experience as a Bot Developer, taking ownership of end-to-end chatbot project lifecycle from ideation to optimization and bug-fixing in production environments.
- Strong interest in Conversational AI technologies, with a proven ability to develop hyper-personalized and dynamic customer experiences across multiple messaging ecosystems.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions using industry-standard frameworks such as Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, and Rasa for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical teams to capture requirements, define user flows, and create interactive prototypes for conversation design.
- Integrate NLP and AI components into chatbots to enable intelligent, context-aware, and natural language-powered customer interactions and transactions.
- Develop and maintain seamless API connections between chatbots and external enterprise systems, ensuring robust data exchange and process automation.
- Perform rigorous testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of chatbot functionalities to optimize user experience and performance metrics.
- Document chatbot architecture, workflows, and integration touchpoints, helping teams with knowledge transfer and ongoing support activities.
- Monitor chatbot performance, user interactions, and feedback to identify enhancement opportunities and proactively address potential issues.
- Stay updated on emerging conversational AI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance solution quality and maintain technological leadership.
