Job Description

As a Channel Sales Manager at our Infocity, Gandhinagar location, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective channel sales strategies that are in line with the company's revenue objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying, onboarding, and managing channel partners such as resellers, system integrators, and distributors. Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with these partners will be essential to drive sustainable growth. In this role, you will conduct partner training sessions, product demonstrations, and provide the necessary sales enablement support to ensure that partners are well-equipped to promote our products effectively. Collaboration with marketing, product, and operations teams will be key as you work together to design partner-focused campaigns and go-to-market strategies. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on partner performance, sales funnel metrics, and revenue contributions will be part of your regular tasks. By identifying market opportunities, competitive trends, and providing actionable insights to leadership, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of the business. Field visits to engage with partners and support business development initiatives will also be a crucial aspect of this role. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. You must demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets through partner-driven models and possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is essential, along with strong analytical, organizational, and time management abilities. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and familiarity with CRM tools will be advantageous. As this role may involve travel and fieldwork, a willingness to engage in such activities as needed is necessary to succeed as a Channel Sales Manager.,
