CFD Engineer

Role Overview: As a CFD Engineer on a contract basis at Shivane, Pune, you will be responsible for conducting CFD modeling and simulations for air filters and various pipe systems. You will use ANSYS CFD (latest version - V2) to analyze airflow, pressure drop, and system performance, optimizing filter and pipe designs for improved efficiency and durability. Additionally, you will perform FEA structural analysis, collaborate with the engineering team to develop optimized designs, interpret simulation results, and prepare technical reports summarizing findings. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct CFD modeling and simulations for air filters and pipe systems to analyze airflow, pressure drop, and system performance. - Use ANSYS CFD (latest version - V2) to simulate fluid flow through different filter types and pipe geometries, optimizing designs for efficiency. - Perform FEA structural analysis, including shock and vibrational simulations to assess integrity under various conditions. - Collaborate with the engineering team to develop optimized designs based on simulation findings. - Interpret simulation results and propose improvements to product designs. - Prepare technical reports summarizing simulation results and present design recommendations. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Experience: Fresher or 1-2 years of hands-on experience in CFD modeling & simulation, particularly in air filters and pipe systems. - Software Skills: Proficiency in ANSYS CFD (latest version - V2) is mandatory. - Familiarity with FEA for structural and shock/vibrational analysis. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.,
