We are seeking an experienced and passionate CCNA / MCSA Trainer to join our Training Division at Caddpro and Oasis Technology and Consulting Services. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to students and professionals aspiring to build or enhance their careers in networking and system administration.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-led training for CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and/or MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate) courses.

Develop training plans, curriculum, and course materials, including presentations, lab exercises, and assignments.

Conduct theory and hands-on lab sessions, guiding students through real-world scenarios.

Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and assist with certification preparation.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends, certification changes, and technology advancements.

Provide one-on-one mentoring or doubt-clearing sessions when required.

Collaborate with the academic team to improve and innovate training delivery.

Requirements:

Certifications: Valid CCNA and/or MCSA certification (required).

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in teaching/training or working in the IT networking/system administration field.

Technical Skills:

Networking fundamentals, TCP/IP, routing & switching, subnetting

Configuration of Cisco routers and switches

Windows Server installation, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy

Virtualization and basic cloud concepts (optional but preferred)

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Ability to work independently and manage classroom/lab environments effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with online training platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).

Knowledge of additional certifications like CompTIA, Azure, AWS (advantageous).

B.E./B.Tech/MCA/BSc IT or any related degree.
