Job Title Lead - Software Engineering - Mainframe Production Support
The Purpose of This Role
This position is a part of the Stock Plan Services Prod Support Team within the WI business unit. The candidate will be engaged in configuring Client Validation Testing events. Has to advance issues impacting a client validation testing event to appropriate resolution teams. Expand the Client Validation Testing capability by ensuring features are configured in the test environment and building out automation practices. Should maintain the operational stability of the SPS Mainframe client validation testing environment. Candidate will participate in system monitoring, installing fixes, Problem Analysis, Incident troubleshooting and resolution, problem management, and ensuring operational standards adherence in client validation testing environment.

Stock Plan Mainframe production support group, which is part of Workplace Investing (WI) business unit, is responsible for all transaction related activities in mainframe system. This team is responsible for solving customer reported issues in quick turnaround.
