Campaign Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning & Execution:

• Coordinate the planning and rollout of offline marketing campaigns, retail promotions, activations, and exhibitions.
• Liaise with vendors, production teams, designers, and agencies to ensure timely execution.

• Event Coordination:

• Organize brand events, trade shows, roadshows, and pop-up activations from concept to completion.
• Handle logistics, permissions, branding materials, staffing, and vendor management.

• Timeline & Budget Management:

• Develop campaign calendars, track milestones, and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Maintain cost sheets, vendor bills, and budget trackers.

• Brand Compliance:

• Ensure brand guidelines and visual identity are consistently maintained across all campaign assets and on-ground activities.

• Reporting & Analysis:

• Compile post-campaign/event reports including key metrics, photos, feedback, and recommendations.
• Track footfall, lead generation, and campaign ROI.

• Team & Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as a central point of contact between the marketing team, vendors, venue partners, and operations team.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to the Marketing Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  3 years of hands-on experience

  in coordinating offline marketing campaigns, BTL activities, and event execution.
• Proven experience working with event vendors, promoters, and creative agencies.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Must be able to multitask and manage several campaigns simultaneously.
• Flexibility to travel within Bengaluru and occasionally to other cities as needed.
