Role & responsibilities

  • Manage and supervising the customer call centre officers.
  • Manage customer interactions, inquiries and complaints across various channels, including email, phone
  • Monitor customer feedback regularly and identify areas of improvement in our products and services.
  • Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share feedback to relevant teams and departments.
  • consumer satisfaction, handling tasks like sharing product/service information, responding to complaints, and managing customer feedback.
  • Develop and implement customer relationship strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing team to align offerings with customer and needs and preferences
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries and issues thoroughly various communication channels, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Listen to customers' questions and concerns and provide answers or responses. provide information about managing services.
  • Youll be responsible for promptly addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Any bachelors degree in administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of prior experience in Customer care Relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and team handling skills.

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and complete tasks on time
