Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Executive to join our team at Quality Ogera International LLP. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Handling all incoming calls through our toll-free number.
  • Providing professional assistance and support to customers.
  • Maintaining accurate call records and escalating queries when necessary.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Malappuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • Hindi (Required)
  • Malayalam, Hindi, English (Required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (Preferred)

Location:

  • Malappuram, Kerala (Required)
