1. To Ensure the preparation of Calibration Master Schedule & Annual Schedule
2. To ensure daily On-Site Calibration of Field Instruments as per the Schedule
3. To Ensure calibration of External Instruments as per the schedule
4. To Ensure the timely updation of Calibration labels.
5. To Ensure the proper review of Calibration Raw Data & Certificate
6. Responsible for Preparing & Training on SOPs related to Calibration
7. Responsible for Audit Compliance.
8. To support the documentation related to Change Controls, Deviations, Investigations and CAPAs etc. to comply as per the CGMP guidelines, Site Quality Procedures and GQDs
9. To impart training to the team to perform their duties as per CGMP and GDP.
10. Responsible for keeping the areas and documents ready for various Regulatory Inspections / Audits and need based active participation during audits
11. Responsible for establishing & maintaining spares / masters required for regular calibrations and its budget requirement.
12. Shall be capable to handle the complete Calibration Lab.
13. To coordinate with external vendor for day to day calibration activities.
