Role & responsibilities Working experience with expert level in Siemens-NX, using NXOpen in C#, NX Customization using UFUNC, C, C++, and Python languages. Good Knowledge and experience in using the CAD Tool NX Exposure to Mechanical Design, GD&T and Tolerance Stack-up. Exposure to Model Based Design and Model based Enterprise knowledge design and development and its Integration with Siemens NX CAD software. Have good knowledge on Aerospace systems and mechanical designs and experience in the design and development of the mechanical products. Parametric Modeling, Product Template development using Product Template Studio. Should have experience in the NX Installations, patch upgrades, Win Batch Scripting. Should have experience in the NX, CREO, and Mentor Graphics expertise in the architecture of software customization and handling the issues. Work experience in the areas of Aerospace mechanical design and NX customization. Preferred candidate profile Expert level in Siemens-NX, using NXOpen in C#, NX Customization using UFUNC, C, C++, and Python languages Application knowledge of Teamcenter and its Integration knowledge with Siemens NX. We are Hiring for Mechanical CAD Engineer Eligibility Criteria: Years of Experience: 2+ Years of Experience in NX and or Creo Educational qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering Primary Responsibilities: Provide Sustaining Engineering support in creation of Mechanical CAD models for components. Understand component specification and create specification. Maintain commercial off-the shelf parts library database. Create/update CAD Model (Nx, Creo etc) Mandatory Skills required to performing the job: Should have good component knowledge Mechanical components used in semiconductor industry products such as Mass flow controllers, Manometers, Adapters, Reducers, Glands, Connectors etc. Should have used Mechanical CAD models extensively and know in depth the process and various tools used in Mechanical CAD model creations. Shall have experience in maintaining component libraries independently. Experience in understanding mechanical component parameters. Can interpret written specification or requirements. Should interact with cross functional teams to resolve issues related to mechanical CAD models. Communicate with OEM Manufacture to get the technical and dimensional details. Experience in creating/updating CAD objects (Nx, Creo etc) Desirable Skills: Has good communication skills (written & verbal). Experience with documentation Industry standards. Experience with PLM and Library management. Technically sound in decision making on component parameters. Should be a go getter in problem resolution and handle the task independently with minimal supervision. Need to be a mentor in CAD model creation for mechanical components.
