Job Description

Role Overview

As the Lead AI Application Developer, you will architect and drive the implementation of the Agentic AI platform, guiding end-to-end development from concept to deployment. You will lead the technical execution, ensure modular and scalable architecture, and mentor the developer team to deliver high-quality, production-ready AI agents.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture discussions.

Ensure compliance with secure coding, performance, and test coverage standards.

6 10 years in software development (Python/Node.js/Java)

Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.)

Strong understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, Autogen, CrewAI, etc.)

Experience with FastAPI, REST APIs

Version control (Git), CI/CD

Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, CrewAI etc.)

Prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, memory, and tool integrations

Strong leadership and project ownership

Key Skills

7+ years in Python, FastAPI, asyncio, microservices

Expertise in LLM integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, LangChain/LLamaIndex)

Experience with containerized deployment (Docker, Kubernetes)

Strong understanding of design patterns and event-driven systems

Leadership in Agile/Scrum environments

KPIs

Lead delivery of 10+ reusable AI agent modules per quarter

Maintain

Ensure 90%+ unit test coverage for core modules

Conduct 2+ architecture and design review sessions monthly

Contribute to 100% uptime and reliability in production services

Qualification: GRADUATE
