Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Consultant / Team Lead with expertise in C++ and Qt development to lead a team of software engineers in building high-quality applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible not only for designing scalable and testable software but also for mentoring the team, driving project deliverables, and ensuring coding standards and quality assurance practices are met.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance software applications.
Guide and mentor team members in software engineering best practices and technical solutions.
Review code for quality, scalability, and performance improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Analyze and maintain existing software applications.
Identify, prioritize, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones with proper documentation and version control.
Maintain compliance with industry standards, including DO178C when required.
Qualifications: ME/BE/B.Tech. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
3 to 6 years of total experience in software design and development, with at least 1+ years in a team leadership or technical lead role.

Technical Skills:

Required:

Strong proficiency in C++ and the Qt framework
Experience in designing and developing GUI applications, including those with GIS capabilities
Expertise in Windows environments
Hands-on experience with MySQL database management
Solid understanding of Socket Programming (TCP/UDP) and multi-threaded application design
Experience with GIT, Redmine, and other source control and project tracking tools

Preferred:

Experience in developing and unit testing data simulator applications compliant with DO-178C standards
Familiarity with agile methodologies and team collaboration practices
