We are searching for a skilled Software Engineering Consultant (Study Transfer Developer) to be a part of our Medidata Service team and make significant contributions to the critical Transfer Project. In this role, you will collaborate closely with team members in Pune, India, as well as colleagues in the United States, ensuring smooth collaboration. The Study Transfer Project involves securely transferring specific client data from one client to another, a process that requires meticulous handling of sensitive information and precision at each transfer step. This position is based in Pune, India. Your responsibilities will include analyzing, designing, coding, testing, and debugging software solutions independently to meet business requirements. You will manage interdependencies between multiple systems to ensure seamless integrations and gain a deep understanding of Medidata's product architecture and interoperability between various Medidata products. Proactively monitoring software and infrastructure changes, conducting code reviews, managing assigned tasks, providing updates on project/task status, identifying and resolving defects, mentoring junior developers, staying updated on Medidata products, and collaborating across teams are some of the key responsibilities. The qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience, proficiency in relational databases like MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, strong programming skills in Python and C#, experience in object-oriented programming, familiarity with MS Office and Google product suites, AWS, React, and REST APIs, excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to document requirements and specifications, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
