Key Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of IT delivery and solutioning experience, with a focus on VoIP and unified communications.
- Expertise in presales solution architecture, including RFP responses, client presentations, and workshops.
- Strong background in SIP protocol optimization, real-time communication systems, and cloud-based telephony integration.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Familiarity with retail and supply chain communication needs, enabling tailored VoIP solutions for CPRS clients.
- Passionate about innovation, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
