Role Overview: You will be part of Celigo, a company revolutionizing the integration industry by simplifying automation through enabling anyone in the enterprise to build or deploy integrations. As a Salesforce Dev/QA Engineer, your core mission will involve designing, building, and automating the DevOps process using cutting-edge technologies in AI and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using approved automation tools and frameworks. - Ensure documentation of all use cases and keep them updated for automated end-to-end testing. - Create a QA automation plan and integrate it into the existing DevOps process. - Develop and execute tailored test plans for Salesforce functionalities involving Flows, Triggers, Apex Jobs, and other components. - Utilize AI technologies to facilitate test creation, low-code/no-code interfaces, and intelligent bug detection. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand business processes, software implementation, and testing requirements comprehensively. - Communicate testing progress, challenges, and resolutions to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner. - Maintain data quality across core GTM systems. - Work with Agile development methodologies and monitor quality metrics. - Improve documentation and testing processes in collaboration with the team. - Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices related to QA automation. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math, or a related Engineering field, or equivalent industry experience. - Minimum 2 years of software testing experience, preferably focusing on Salesforce applications. - At least 1 year of experience in designing and implementing automated development and testing platforms like Jira, Gearset, AccelQ, and Selenium. - Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Apex, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java. - Experience in applying AI automation and standard tools to optimize the testing process. - Familiarity with software development best practices and common tools like version control and code review. Highly Desirable Skills/Experience: - Strong foundation in Apex and familiarity with Salesforce-specific automations like Flows, Triggers, and Apex Jobs. - Proficiency in Salesforce query languages (SOQL and SOSL) and API technologies (SOAP and REST). - Knowledge of Salesforce development tools and ecosystems including Lightning Web Components, Aura, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps Center. - Related experience in the financial or investment sector is advantageous. - Experience in working with the Gearset development platform.
