Business Process Management Trainer

You are required to deliver a structured 120-hour training program on Business Process Management integrated with Generative AI tools. You will conduct offline sessions for non-technical students to prepare them for BPO/KPO roles. Your key responsibilities will include delivering training modules as per the syllabus, covering BPM fundamentals, AI-driven customer service, data analytics, document processing, and soft skills. You will train students on AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Power BI, and workflow automation platforms. Additionally, you will conduct hands-on exercises, roleplays, and project-based learning sessions, assess learner progress, and provide constructive feedback. You will also support students with resume building, interview preparation, and job readiness. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Masters preferred) and proven experience in the BPM/BPO/KPO industry with training or mentoring exposure. Knowledge of AI-based tools for productivity, analytics, and process automation is essential. Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with the ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds. Preferred qualifications include prior experience as a corporate or academic trainer and certifications in BPM, BPO, AI, or related fields.,
