Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Identify and build strategic relationships with potential customers.
  • Develop a strong pipeline of new customers through direct and indirect contact, prospecting, and targeted outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze the pipeline regularly to review performance and optimize activities to meet objectives.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and conduct regular feedback calls. Create clear lead engagement plans and strategies.
  • Study each offering in detail and stay updated on any changes or new features.
  • Use leads efficiently with consistent follow-ups, low TAT, and increased connectivity through multiple attempts.
  • Prepare and update tailored client proposals. Lead negotiations to close deals.
  • Build strong internal relationships across teams, especially with growth and marketing, and share feedback and insights to improve processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • All graduates and postgraduates are eligible.
  • Interns: Open to freshers with strong communication skills.
  • Full time: Minimum 6 months of experience. Experience in the EdTech industry is preferred.

Interview Rounds:

  • Group discussion
  • Personal interview

Compensation:

For Interns

  • Stipend: 17,000 to 20,000 per month
    • 10,000 fixed
    • Remaining amount performance based
  • Additional incentives: Up to 10,000 based on targets and performance
  • Duration: 6 month training period
  • Post training CTC: 4 LPA to 6 LPA based on performance during training

For Full time Employees

  • Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 per month
    • Target based and performance dependent
