About the Role:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, with a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling

2. Build and maintain relationships with clients

3. Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions

4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals

5. Achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

2. Proven sales/business development experience

3. Strong interpersonal & negotiation skills

4. Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
