The primary focus of this role is to expand our customer base by identifying growth opportunities and nurturing relationships in the IT service and IT-based product sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, particularly within the SaaS and Oracle Fusion domains. Job Role: Business Development Manager with SaaS Duration: Full-time Experience: 12+ Years Job Location- Chennai- Mogappair Key skills: Lead Generation, Cold Calling, Sales, IT Sales, Marketing, Business Development, ERP Sales, Digital Marketing, LinkedIn marketing Responsibilities: · Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT service and IT-based product sectors, specifically in the SaaS and Oracle Fusion domains. · Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry leaders to maximize business growth opportunities. · Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, potential customers, and competitive landscapes, translating findings into actionable strategies. · Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to display the value proposition of our IT services and solutions. · Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, such as customer acquisition rates, revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction, to drive continuous improvement initiatives. · Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of clients and provide guidance and support throughout the sales lifecycle. Requirements: · Bachelor's degree in Any Engineering Graduate and MBA or a related field. · Proven track record of business development, sales, or similar roles in IT services or IT-based product companies. · Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, sales pitch, presentation or demos and Lead Generation techniques. · Strong understanding of SaaS and Oracle Fusion technologies, with hands-on experience in sales, Marketing support would be advantageous. · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and highly organized with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the IT service and products sector. · Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools. · Willingness to travel as required attending client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
