Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Business Development Manager to lead our global sales initiatives and generate new business opportunities for our game development services. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep understanding of the gaming industry, proven expertise in international sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships across diverse regions.

You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new clients, managing the complete sales cycle, collaborating closely with internal teams, and representing Nilee Games at international events and forums.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new domestic and international markets, including North America, Europe, APAC, and MENA regions.

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify potential clients such as game studios, publishers, and tech companies; generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and digital channels.

Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage end-to-end sales processes including needs analysis, product presentations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in global gaming ecosystems.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (production, art, marketing, and project management) to tailor service offerings that meet client requirements.

Brand Representation: Represent the company at international conferences, gaming expos, webinars, and networking events to build brand awareness and generate opportunities.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine sales approaches and service offerings.

Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline status, and client activity reports using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.

Minimum 5+ years experience in international sales or business development within the gaming or digital entertainment industry.

Proven track record in selling game development services or related digital/creative services on a global scale.

Deep understanding of PC and mobile game development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and client expectations.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, global team.

Comfortable with digital sales tools and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).

Willingness to travel internationally for client meetings and industry events.

Multilingual skills and cultural awareness are a plus.
