Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 3+ years (Digital Marketing Agency preferred)
Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new business opportunities for the agency.
• Pitch digital marketing services (social media, branding, paid ads, SEO, etc.) to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development/sales, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
