Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chennai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with various departments to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in market research, business proposal preparation, and contract negotiations
• Proficient in maintaining and developing client relationships
• Strong project management skills, including coordinating with different departments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Experience in the publishing industry or BPO sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
