Business Development Manager (IT Industry)

Job Description

At WebRiderz Services Private Limited, we are hiring an IT-focused Business Development Manager with 5–10 years of proven expertise in IT / Software.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in IT-based business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. You should be able to understand and pitch IT solutions, identify new revenue opportunities, and expand WebRiderz’s presence in the IT and digital services market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in IT / Software.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships within the IT sector.
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve company targets.
• Negotiate and close IT-related contracts, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conduct market and competitor research to track industry trends.
• Represent WebRiderz at IT industry events, client meetings, and networking forums.

Mandatory Requirements

• 5–10 years of proven experience in Business Development within IT / Software / Digital Services industry.
• Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets in IT solutions/services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create and maintain IT-focused strategic partnerships.
• Leadership qualities to manage and motivate a business development team.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Ludhiana, Punjab.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
