Business Development Manager (BDM)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Promote and develop the company’s brand.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Create business plans and strategies to improve overall sales performance.
• Analyze market trends and gather relevant data to support business decisions.
• Develop new business partnerships.
• Negotiate deals and close contracts with clients.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches for clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business strategies.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, and attending industry events.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Education: Graduation in any field (required)

Preferred- BBA / MBA

Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Freshers are also welcome)

Location: B-19, 4th Floor, Sector-1, Noida (Near Sector-15 Metro Station)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
