About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, brand visibility, and business growth for our tiles showroom. The ideal candidate is energetic, well-presented, and confident in dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, and premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase showroom sales and brand presence.
• Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert qualified leads into sales.
• Collaborate with the showroom team to ensure smooth client handling and project execution.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and architectural requirements.
• Maintain client database and submit weekly reports on leads, visits, and sales activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales (tiles/surfaces/building materials preferred).
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, materials, and project cycles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (preferred).
• Must be proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable reaching out to new clients.
• Confident personality with the ability to conduct meetings and presentations effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
