Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and increase revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current expertise.
  • Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
