Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 4–6 years of experience in IT Security sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions and the ability to drive business growth by developing new client relationships, expanding existing accounts, and promoting JNR’s comprehensive IT Security portfolio. We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in our cybersecurity portfolio, including:

  • Enterprise PKI & Hardware Security Modules (HSM)
  • Encryption & Application Security
  • Web Application Firewall (WAF) & Automation Management
  • Information Rights Management (IRM) & Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Digital Risk Protection & Cybersecurity Awareness

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in IT Security across enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to penetrate target verticals and expand market presence.
  • Present and promote IT Security solutions to C-level executives, security decision-makers, and IT stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to design customized solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through account management.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development / sales of IT Security products & services.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong knowledge of IT Security solutions, including PKI, HSM, encryption, WAF, and compliance solutions.
  • Ability to engage with CXOs, CISOs, IT Heads, and other senior decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to understand technical solutions and map them to business needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and pipeline management.
