Role Overview

You will be responsible for onboarding event venues onto the Ventii platform. You'll identify, contact, and convert venue owners/managers into Ventii partners, ensuring their listings are complete and verified.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new venues (banquets, hotels, cafs, breweries, resorts, villas, coworking lounges, convention halls, etc.)
• Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, or email to explain Ventii's value proposition
• Assist venues in signing up via the

  Ventii vendor portal

  and filling in complete details
• Verify listings (photos, amenities, pricing) and coordinate with the internal admin team for approval
• Maintain and update venue data in

  Notion

  daily
• Share weekly progress reports with metrics and insights
• Suggest process improvements and help refine our onboarding strategy

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Hustler mindset - you get things done with minimal supervision
• Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, Notion
• Background in sales, event management, or hospitality is a plus
• Entrepreneurial, curious, and eager to grow with the company
