Business Development Intern (Remote | Performance-Based | 3 Months)

As a Business Development Intern, you will be part of a lean, results-driven team responsible for client outreach, lead generation, and building relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and business owners. This internship provides hands-on exposure to real-world business development — not theoretical sales scripts — and will help you develop practical communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients in target industries (India and International).
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate conversations.
  • Understand client requirements and schedule meetings with the founder.
  • Maintain outreach data and track responses using Google Sheets or Notion.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Meet weekly targets for outreach and meeting bookings.


Requirements

  • Laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection (mandatory).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable sending emails or making cold calls.
  • Available for approximately 6-8 hours a day, 5–6 days a week.
  • Minimum commitment of 3 months.
  • Self-driven, consistent, and open to feedback.


Preferred but not mandatory:

  • Prior experience in cold emailing, sales, or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.


Compensation

This is a performance-based internship. You will receive a commission of 10–20% on each closed deal, with top performers typically earning ₹10,000–₹50,000+ per month depending on results.
