Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, social media, and business directories.
  • Build and maintain a database of relevant leads.
  • Qualify leads based on industry, requirements, and potential fit.
  • Work with marketing teams to generate inbound and outbound leads.

Customer Outreach

  • Make initial contact with prospects via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
  • Share company profile, service details, and collect requirement information.
  • Follow up with leads consistently to schedule demos/meetings.
  • Maintain proper communication logs in CRM tools or Excel sheets.

Sales Support

  • Assist the sales team with proposal preparation and follow-up.
  • Schedule calls/meetings for Business Development Managers.
  • Provide daily/weekly updates on outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for client queries or information sharing.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Basic understanding of IT services (web, mobile app, SEO, digital marketing).
  • Ability to research and find relevant leads.
  • Confidence in calling and messaging prospects.
  • Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn usage preferred.
  • Basic Excel or CRM knowledge is a plus.
