Executive: Business Development (Online & Home Tuitions)

Job Location:

Ajivasan Music Academy, Santacruz West, Mumbai

Job Profile:

●       Manage outgoing & incoming Calls / Emails for Sales & Registration Support.

●       Enrolment & Payment follow up & Confirmation

●       Responsible for growth of potential customers and clients for Online Classes & Private Tuitions.

●       Whatsapp coordination

●       Update CRM software with day to day activities on calling & following up with enquiries

●       Day-to-day coordination with clients, teachers, students, and their parents.

●       Build long-term relationships with new and existing students

●       Managing relevant workshops & events

Other Attributes:

-      Excellent Verbal & Written Communication in English, Hindi & Marathi

-      Hands-on experience in Microsoft word, excel & power-point

-      Should be a go-getter and willing to travel within the city.

-      Candidates from the western region will be preferred.

Minimum Qualification:

➢    Graduation

➢  Candidates having good communication skills & have learnt music before can apply

Working Days & Hours:

Monday To Saturday: 10 AM to 7 PM

On the days of the events, the working days & timings will be kept flexible. Also, overtime / working on a Sunday will be compensated in the very next week.

Experience:

-      Minimum years of relevant experience

-      Freshers with good communication & knowledge of music can apply

Salary:
