Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good understanding of event planning and marketing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Prior experience in event management, marketing, or sales.
Knowledge of B2B and B2C business development processes.
