Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through calls, meetings, and online platforms.

  • Generate leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for event execution.

  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote Rutba Events services.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions.

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and meetings.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong presentation and client-handling abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good understanding of event planning and marketing strategies.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.


Preferred:

  • Prior experience in event management, marketing, or sales.

  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C business development processes.
