Date Opened 08/11/2025 Industry Sales Marketing Job Type Full time City Pune City State/Province Maharashtra Country India Zip/Postal Code 411001 Responsibilities JOB DESCRIPTION: Identifying and generating leads through various channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and referrals for US clients, Build relationships with prospective clients, Proficiency in lead generation (Knowledge of Zoom info, apolloio etc tools will be an added advantage) Following up on leads and setting up meetings for the senior sales team, Conducting research on potential clients and preparing sales presentations, Assisting with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts, Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and transactions, Maintain consistent contact with existing clients, Participating in sales meetings and training programs to stay up-to-date with service knowledge and sales techniques, Analyze market and establish competitive advantages, Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns, Collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and revenue goals, Track metrics to ensure targets are hit, Maintaining a positive and professional image of the company in all interactions with clients and colleagues, Candidate must be ready to work in international shift timings, Attractive Incentive Structure, Requirements Location Pune Experience: 15 Years to 3 Years Number of working days: 5 days Time: 12:00 Noon to 1000 PM Weekend: Saturday & Sunday Job Location: Shivaji Nagar, Wakadewadi, Pune Qualification New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Strong business acumen and communication skills Experience in account management and building client relationships, Ability to work collaboratively and independently, Proven track record of achieving sales targets, Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, International Sales and Marketing experience, Candidates with calling experience in the US or Europe region is a must Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Must be proficient in English (writing & speaking) Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success, Strong negotiation skills Strong communication and presentation skills CRM experience is preferred, Tech/ B
